Tottenham may sack Mauricio Pochettino and recruit Mourinho
Tottenham Hotspur are undergoing a bad patch, In the last week they concede 10 goals only in two games, 7 against Bayern and 3 against Brighton.
It’s a poor start for Hotspur, only 3 winnings out of 8 outings. The situation is getting more difficult for Mauricio Pochettino and his boys, they only bagged 11 points.
Tony Cascarino said Mauricio Pochettino who has a contract with Hotspur until 2023, will leave the club within a week if Spurs lose to Watford on October.
“The Signs for Tottenham Hotspur are alarming.” Tony Cascarino told The Times.
“The team are getting worse, they are noticeably poor than two years ago. Jan Vertonghen, Danny Rose, Toby Alderweirld, Dele Alli- none of them are at the level they were.
” Pochettino’s record entitles him to a fair crack at turning things around but I’m sceptical as to whether he can. If they lose to Watford in their next game after the international break, he is finished. He is under pressure and making poor decisions.” He stated.
Naturally, the manager Mauricio Pochettino is under tremendous pressure and Spurs are looking for a replacement for the Argentine. As per Claciomercato former Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho is also in among the suitors for this role.
