Sergio Lobera wants to win ISL

“For me, it is not only about winning against Bengaluru. For me, the most important thing is to win the league. And, you know, the first season, the difference in the final of the league against Bengaluru and Goa was 10 points.”Sergio Lobera spoke in the pre-match conference.

Sergio Lobera is happy with two points ahead of Bengaluru FC

“In the second year, my second year, we lost the trophy with only three minutes remaining. And now, with seven matches remaining, we are two points ahead of Bengaluru. This is the most important thing for me. The last match, maybe, is one of the best matches of FC Goa.

“I am very proud of my players after the last match.”

Hugo Boumous thinks they are the best team

“I think we are the best team. There’s no doubt about that. We show the best football. We are the most attractive team to watch. In the league, there are strong teams like ATK, Jamshedpur.

“Also, there was a tough game against NorthEast, the first one. So, let’s see tomorrow.”

Hugo Boumous wants to score more

“The main thing is scoring a goal. If I do an assist, if I do a pass and then it is a goal then it is a good decision. If I shoot and it’s a goal then also it’s a good decision.”

Hugo Boumous says sometimes he scores and sometimes he assists

“I don’t have a preference between an assist and a goal. It depends on the situation. Sometimes in the situation, I will shoot and sometimes I will pass the ball.”

The match between Fc Goa and NorthEast United will be telecasted on Star Sports, Hotstar and Jio Tv sharp at 7.30 pm IST.
