Real Kashmir and Chennai City FC both are desperate to back in the wining ways

Hero I-League is back again after four days of break. Real Kashmir Fc are all set to host the defending champions Chennai City FC at the TRC Turf Ground in Srinagar on Thursday (26/12/19). The match will be telecasted on D Sports and I-League official Facebook page sharp at 12.00 PM IST.

The most promising sides of Hero I-League Real Kashmir FC are looking for their first I-League 2019-20 season win. In their previous two games against Quess East Bengal and TRAU FC, they drew with. Currently, they are standing on the  9th positions with 2 points in 2 games.

Ahead of the clash Real Kashmir FC graffer  David Robertson met the press in the Pre-match press conference and shared his words about the match.

“In the second half, TRAU had a go at us and we defended well. We had a great chance when Krizo was one on one with the keeper and we could have killed the game. In football, these things happen. I am proud of my players and we could have scored more.” David Robertson spoke in the pre-match conference.

“Mason is a valuable player. He’s very versatile. We are lucky to have him at Real Kashmir. As a father, I am delighted for him plus it makes it easier to pick your son if he is doing well,” David Robertson concluded.

Meanwhile, the defending champions want to back in the winning ways after the loss against and Punjab FC and draw with Aizawl FC and Neroca FC. The southern sides are currently standing on the 7th position with 5 points in 4 games. 

Chennai City FC skipper Roberto Eslava met the press in the pre-match press conference and shared his view on the game.

“We have shown intensity, so the points that we have dropped, haven’t been for the lack of it.” Roberto Eslava spoke in the pre-match conference.

“We showed great fight against Punjab, though the scoreline may suggest otherwise. They scored a second in the dying minutes, so we had to go broke for an equalizer and they caught us off guard in stoppage time and added a third. We have shown this desire in every game, and the next game against Real Kashmir won’t be any different,” Roberto Eslava concluded.
