Odisha FC signs Goalkeeper Ravi Kumar on two years deal
Newcomer of Indian Super League (ISL) Odisha FC did not manage to perform well in their debut session. For the upcoming session, they are willing to perform well and for the reason, Bhubaneswar based ISL entity signed Ravi Kumar on two years deal.
The 26 years old Uttar Pradesh born Goalkeeper played for Mumbai City Fc in the previous session, though he hasn’t got a lot of chances last year.
This deal is like a homecoming for Ravi Kumar, Odisha FC previously named Delhi Dynamos, Ravi Kumar was also part of that entity (Delhi Dynamos) in 2015.
Club President Mr. Rohan Sharma welcome him in the team and shared his opinion.
“I am happy to have Ravi join our squad. He is a goalkeeper with a lot of experience and can give good competition to Arsh and Kamaljit.”
Ravi Kumar also can’t hold his excitement and said
“I am excited to be joining Odisha FC and I hope I can help the club compete for titles & trophies and hopefully play in AFC very soon. Looking forward to joining Ama Team.”
Adding Ravi Kumar in the team Odisha Fc definitely strengthens their squad.
