Gourab Mukhi is all set to back in mainstream football after his six months ban
Gourab Mukhi all set to return in mainstream football. He was been training with Jamshedpur Fc for the last 15 days according to Indian media Khel now.
Gourab Mukhi was been suspended for six months fo frauding age issue in November 2018. According to his passport, his birth year is 2002. But in the year 2015 his birth year showed 1999. For this issue, ALL Indian Football Federation (AIFF) disciplinary committee banned him, however, his banned was been over in the month of September 2019.
Gourab Mukhi came in the public eye on October 7th in 2018, when he scored against Bengaluru Fc cand became the youngest goalscorer in the League.
Despite of his ban Jamshedpur FC didn’t abandon him. After his return, he also scored in a friendly against Cheenaiyin FC in the last September.
Jamshedpur FC are now on the 5th position of the League with 13 points in 10 games. They are now on 5 games winless streak. It’s expected the youngster’s comeback will add extra oxygen to the Men Of Steel.
Jamshedpur Fc will play their next match against Bengaluru FC at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru on Thursday (9/1/20), which will be live-streamed in Star Sports Network, Hotstar and Jio Tv sharp at 7.30 pm IST.
