East Bengal started their I-League campaign with a 1-1 draw

East Bengal host Real Kashmir at the Kalyani Stadium on 4/12/19, for their Campaign opening game in I-League.

East Bengal started off their campaign with a 1-1 draw. Both the sides were started on the high foot but Real Kashmir was more calculative than East Bengal during the first quarter.

 

First-ever chance

On the 3rd minute of the game, East Bengal’s Tondonmba finds Pintu Mahata inside the box. Mahata forced away from the area before the ball crossed the goal line.

Goal for Real Kashmir

On the 33rd minute, Real Kashmir took the lead. A stunning strike from Gnohere Krizo, the 22 years old beats Lalthuammawia Ralte and finds the back of the net.

 

East Bengal Scores

East Bengal comes out with more determination in the second half, as a result on the 77th minute, Spaniard Marcos de la Espada opened the goalmouth.
