Debabrara Sarkar says all the BOD has agreed with contract termination
After terminating the contract with Quess East Bengal now gets back their sporting rights on Friday (17/7/20). They will apply now for the club license to All Indian Football Federation (AIFF) for the upcoming season 2020-21.
East Bengal head official Debabrara (Nitu) Sarkar spoke Goal.com and shared his opinion and future plans about the team.
Debabrara (Nitu) Sarkar says they were confident that they will get back the NOC
“We were confident from day one that we will get back the sporting rights and No Objection Certificate (NOC). There were no doubts whatsoever. Club licensing process will start via the new company East Bengal Club Private Limited”, Debabrata (Nitu) Sarkar told Goal.com.

“Please note that the Board of Directors has considered, approved, and noted execution of termination of the Share Subscription and Shareholder’s Agreement dated July 5, 2018, executed between Quess East Bengal FC Private Limited (QEBFC), East Bengal Club and the Company.”
